Paper Swan - 3 Dimensional Origami

Origami is a beautiful ancient folk art of Paper Folding from Japan. Origami origins from Japanese words of ‘Ori’ meaning “Folding’ and “Kami’ meaning “Paper’.

The main aim of this beautiful art-form is to transform flat sheet of paper into finished sculpture though folding and sculpting techniques, without using glue or scissors.

This is my first 3D Origami project, here I used the technique of Three dimensional paper origami.I made around 400 paper triangles and assemble them together according to pattern to make this Swan.
Making triangle is very easy, but can be tedious work and assembly is little tricky too but result are so beautiful.

Here you can watch a video about - How to fold triangles and then assemble them to make this beautiful Swan

Keep visiting for more.

Have a Creative Day,

Shahana

p.s.:- Instead of cutting paper rectangle use Post-It sticky note pads,It will save your time and your triangles will be perfect.
